Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Delivery Boy to join Delhivery. The candidate will be responsible for delivering parcels to customers safely and on time while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick up parcels from the assigned Delhivery hub or warehouse.
Deliver packages to customers within the assigned area and time frame.
Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely delivery.
Verify customer identity and obtain signatures or OTP confirmation upon delivery.
Handle Cash on Delivery (COD) payments and maintain proper records.
Load and unload packages carefully to ensure safe handling.
Update delivery status using mobile apps or company systems.
Communicate politely with customers and resolve basic queries or complaints.
Coordinate with team members and supervisors regarding delivery schedules.
