Fitter

We are looking for a Fitter to join our team at Kuche 7. Your responsibility will be assisting contractors, operating heavy machinery and following all health and safety regulations at site. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for this position. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹30000.

Key Responsibilities

• Reading Technical Drawings: Interpret blueprints, schematics, and CAD drawings to plan assembly procedures.

• Cutting and Shaping: Use shears, power saws, grinders, oxy-fuel, or plasma cutting tools to shape metal parts accurately.

• Assembly and Fitting: Align, shim, and fit components together, often requiring precise manual measurements to meet specifications.

• Welding and Joining: Perform structural or basic welding (MIG, TIG, or Arc) and brazing to securely join components.

• Quality Inspection: Measure fabricated parts using precision instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers) to ensure compliance with specifications.

• Maintenance: Maintain machinery and tools, including performing safety checks on equipment.

• Safety Compliance: Adhere to health and safety regulations, such as wearing PPE and maintaining a clean work area.

  Job Requirements:

  The minimum qualification for this role is12th Passand1 - 3 years of experience. Candidates applying for the position must be at least 18 years of age. The role requires physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks to be performed in all weather. Dependability and timely attendance are essential.

• It is a Full Time Labour/Helper job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
