पद: श्रमिक (Worker)

श्रमिक द्वारा कपड़ा रंगाई, प्रिंटिंग, धुलाई, फिनिशिंग, कपड़ा हैंडलिंग, पैकिंग एवं उत्पादन से संबंधित अन्य कार्य किए जाएंगे। श्रमिक अपने विभाग के सुपरवाइजर/अधिकारी के निर्देशानुसार मशीन संचालन में सहायता करेगा, कपड़े एवं सामग्री की लोडिंग-अनलोडिंग करेगा तथा कार्यस्थल की साफ-सफाई एवं व्यवस्थित रखरखाव करेगा।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां:

- उत्पादन एवं प्रोसेसिंग से संबंधित कार्यों में सहायता करना।

- कपड़े, रोल एवं अन्य उत्पादन सामग्री को सुरक्षित तरीके से संभालना।

- मशीन में कपड़े की लोडिंग एवं अनलोडिंग करना।

- डाई, रंग एवं केमिकल को दिए गए निर्देशों के अनुसार संभालना।

- कार्यस्थल की साफ-सफाई एवं हाउसकीपिंग बनाए रखना।

- निर्धारित गुणवत्ता एवं उत्पादन मानकों का पालन करना।

- कंपनी द्वारा निर्धारित सुरक्षा नियमों एवं सुरक्षा उपकरणों का पालन करना।

- मशीन या सामग्री में किसी खराबी की जानकारी तुरंत सुपरवाइजर को देना।

- प्रबंधन/सुपरवाइजर द्वारा सौंपे गए अन्य संबंधित कार्यों को करना।
