Key Responsibilities:
Assemble electrical panels by installing breakers, meters, relays, drives, control units, and wiring components according to engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Read, interpret, and execute electrical wiring diagrams, general arrangements (GA), and schematic drawings.
Carry out accurate internal wiring, cable dressing, gland termination, and labelling in line with project requirements.
Perform continuity tests, insulation resistance tests, and basic functionality checks on completed panels.
Identify and correct assembly or wiring issues during production and testing phases.
Maintain proper documentation for wiring layouts, modifications, and test results.
Ensure compliance with internal safety standards and best practices during production activities.
Coordinate with the design, quality, and logistics teams to achieve production targets and delivery schedules.
Maintain workplace organization and tool care, adhering to 5S and lean manufacturing principles.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
Experience: 0– 6 months hands-on experience in the assembly and wiring of electrical panels or related equipment. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring methods, and industrial components. Ability to independently interpret and implement complex electrical drawings. Proficient in the use of hand tools, crimping tools, mustimeters, and basic electrical testing equipment. Knowledge of industry quality and safety standards (IEC/IS standards preferred). Benefits: Yearly Pay: 1,20,000 - 1,44,000 (During Training Period) Post salary:1,80,000 – 2,16,000 + variable (based on performance and experience) Health insurance Overtime pay will be given.
