Job Description

We are looking for a Factory Operation Specialist to join our team at Raaga Foods. Your responsibility will be Receipt of raw materials to make finish products, operating machines including packing machine and following all health and safety regulations at site. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for this position. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹12000 - ₹15000.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive raw materials and record the details correctly.
Store materials properly and label them for easy identification.
Prepare raw materials for production as instructed.
Dry, roast, grind, and mix materials by following the given process.
Operate the packing machine carefully to pack products.
Do date coding and manual packing for 100g and 500g packets accurately.
Keep the work area clean and maintain good hygiene at all times.
Clean machines regularly to keep them in good working condition.
Maintain all required factory records properly.
Get finished products ready according to orders.
Follow all safety and quality rules while working.
Follow company rules and instructions given by supervisors.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is +12 and 0 - 3 years of experience. Candidates applying for the position must be at least 18 years of age. The role requires physical labor and other physical tasks to be performed . Dependability and timely attendance are essential.
