Factory Worker

We are seeking motivated and skilled EV Two-Wheeler Assembly Technicians to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for assembling electric two-wheelers and supporting related production activities while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble electric two-wheelers according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards.

• Fit and install mechanical, electrical, and electronic components such as:

  • Chassis and body parts

  • Motors and controllers

  • Battery packs and battery management systems (BMS)

  • Wiring harnesses and connectors

  • Braking and suspension systems

• Perform electrical wiring, cable routing, and component mounting.

• Conduct functional testing and quality inspections of assembled vehicles.

• Identify and report assembly defects, faults, or non-conformities.

• Assist in troubleshooting assembly and electrical issues.

• Maintain production records and inspection reports.

• Follow workplace safety procedures and 5S standards.

• Support packing, dispatch preparation, and inventory-related activities when required.

• Work closely with production supervisors, quality inspectors, and maintenance teams.

Required Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile, Mechatronics, or related field.

• Freshers with technical knowledge are welcome to apply.

• Experience in automobile, EV, electrical, or manufacturing assembly is preferred.

• Basic understanding of electrical circuits, wiring, and hand tools.

• Ability to read assembly instructions and technical drawings.
