We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our production team. The role involves creating handcrafted home décor products such as torans, bandhanwars, side hangings, festive décor, gift hampers, and other decorative items.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble and create handmade décor products according to designs and quality standards.
Work with materials such as beads, fabrics, laces, threads, artificial flowers, and decorative accessories.
Ensure neat finishing and high-quality craftsmanship.
Assist in packaging and preparing products for customer orders and exhibitions.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
Meet daily and weekly production targets.
