हम अपनी टीम में एक फैक्ट्री लेबर की तलाश कर रहे हैं। आपकी ज़िम्मेदारी ऑपरेटरों की सहायता करना, भारी मशीनरी चलाना और साइट पर सभी स्वास्थ्य एवं सुरक्षा नियमों का पालन करना होगी। इस पद के लिए कड़ी मेहनत और बारीकी से ध्यान देना आवश्यक है। इस पद के लिए ₹10000 - ₹14500 का वेतन दिया जाएगा।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां:

प्रिंटिंग उपकरण और मशीनों का संचालन और रखरखाव करना।

आवश्यकता पड़ने पर उपकरण ऑपरेटरों और अन्य कुशल श्रमिकों की सहायता करना। बाधाओं और खतरों को साफ करके मशीनों को तैयार करना।

प्रिंटिंग सामग्री लोड/अनलोड करना।

पर्यवेक्षकों के निर्देशों का पालन करना और कुशल श्रमिकों की सहायता करना।

आवश्यकता पड़ने पर ऑन-द-जॉब प्रशिक्षण में भाग लेना और साइट की सफाई करना।

नौकरी की आवश्यकताएं:

इस पद के लिए न्यूनतम योग्यता 10वीं से कम और 0 - 6+ वर्ष का अनुभव है। आवेदन करने वाले उम्मीदवारों की आयु कम से कम 18 वर्ष होनी चाहिए। इस पद के लिए शारीरिक श्रम और अन्य कठिन शारीरिक कार्यों की आवश्यकता है, जिन्हें हर मौसम में करना होगा। भरोसेमंद होना और समय पर उपस्थित होना अनिवार्य है।

नोट: फैक्ट्री में आमतौर पर ओवरटाइम होता है, इसलिए कर्मचारी को भोजन, बोनस आदि जैसे ओवरटाइम लाभ दिए जाएंगे।

We are looking for a Factory Labour to join our team . Your responsibility will be assisting contractors, operating heavy machinery and following all health and safety regulations at site. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for this position. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10000 - ₹14500.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and care for printing equipment and machines.
Help equipment operators, and other skilled labor when necessary.
Prepare machines ready by cleaning obstacles and hazards.
Load/unload printing materials.
Follow instructions from supervisors and assist craft workers.
Attend on-the-job training when necessary and perform site clean-up.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 6+ years of experience. Candidates applying for the position must be at least 18 years of age. The role requires physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks to be performed in all weather. Dependability and timely attendance are essential.

NOYE: THE FACTORY USUALLY RUNS OVERTIMES AND HENCE OVERTIME BENEFITS WILL BE GIVEN TO THE PERSON LIKE MEAL, BONUS, ETC.
