नौकरी की जिम्मेदारियाँ:

• दैनिक फैक्ट्री संचालन जैसे कि सामग्री संभालना, पैकेजिंग और माल लोड/अनलोड करना।

• कार्य क्षेत्र में साफ-सफाई और व्यवस्था बनाए रखें।

• माल परिवहन के लिए ई-रिक्शा को सुरक्षित रूप से चलाएं।

• यातायात नियमों का पालन करें और सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करें।

• यांत्रिक समस्याओं या क्षति की तुरंत रिपोर्ट करें।

• प्रबंधन द्वारा प्रदान की गई रूट योजनाओं या पिक/ड्रॉप-ऑफ निर्देशों का पालन करें।

आवश्यकताएँ:

• फैक्ट्री में पहले का अनुभव एक प्लस है, लेकिन अनिवार्य नहीं है।

• शारीरिक रूप से फिट।

• निर्देशों को सीखने और उनका पालन करने की इच्छा।

• यदि आवश्यक हो तो शिफ्ट में काम करने की क्षमता।

• स्थानीय मार्गों और यातायात नियमों का ज्ञान।

• समयनिष्ठ, जिम्मेदार और भरोसेमंद।

• वैध ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस हो सकता है।

Job Title: Factory Labourer & E-Rikshaw Driver

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily factory operations such as material handling, packaging, and loading/unloading goods.

• Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area.

• Drive e-rickshaw safely to transport goods.

• Follow traffic rules and ensure the safety.

• Report mechanical issues or damages promptly.

• Follow route plans or pickup/drop-off instructions provided by management.

Requirements:

• Prior factory experience is a plus but not mandatory.

• Physically fit.

• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

• Ability to work in shifts if required.

• Knowledge of local routes and traffic rules.

• Punctual, responsible, and trustworthy.

• May have valid driving license.
