Job Role: Factory Labour / Production Helper

We are seeking hardworking and responsible Factory Labour staff to support daily production and factory operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in production processes such as cutting, pressing, spinning, molding, polishing, and packaging

• Handle material loading/unloading and movement within the factory

• Operate basic machines (training will be provided)

• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the work area

• Ensure safety rules and factory guidelines are strictly followed

• Support the team in day-to-day manufacturing tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Age Requirement: Minimum 18 years, preferred below 25 years

• No formal education required (8th/10th pass preferred)

• Physically fit and able to do manual work

• Willingness to learn machine operations

• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team

• Punctual, disciplined, and hardworking
