Factory Labour

To assist in various production, material handling, and housekeeping activities within the manufacturing unit to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist machine operators and production staff in day-to-day manufacturing activities.

• Load and unload raw materials, tools, and finished goods as required.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the work area, machinery, and equipment.

• Support packaging, labeling, and stacking of finished goods.

• Handle material movement within the factory premises safely.

• Follow all safety rules and wear appropriate protective equipment (PPE).

• Dispose of waste materials as per company procedures.

• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.

• Perform basic maintenance tasks or other general duties as assigned by supervisors.

• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and team cooperation on the shop floor.

Skills and Requirements:

• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes (training will be provided).

• Physically fit and able to lift moderate to heavy loads.

• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.

• Basic knowledge of safety and hygiene practices in an industrial environment.

• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Educational Qualification:

• Minimum: 8th / 10th Standard Pass (or equivalent).

Experience:

• 0–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setup preferred (freshers can also apply).
