Job Description

We are looking for a Factory Labour to join our team at Durga Namakeen Traders. Your responsibility will be assisting contractors, operating heavy machinery and following all health and safety regulations at site. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for this position. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18000 - ₹21000.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and care for construction equipment and machines.
Help equipment operators, carpenters and other skilled labor when necessary.
Prepare construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards.
Load/unload construction materials.
Follow instructions from supervisors and assist craft workers.
Attend on-the-job training when necessary and perform site clean-up.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 0 - 1 years of experience. Candidates applying for the position must be at least 18 years of age.
