Factory Labour

We are looking for Warehouse Labour to join our team at Bhushan Tubes Private Limited for our warehouse located in Kalamboli, Navi Mumbai. The primary responsibility of this role is loading and unloading steel pipes, assisting in warehouse operations, and ensuring safe handling of materials. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, hardworking, and committed to maintaining safety and discipline at the workplace.

In-Hand Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload steel pipes from trucks, trailers, and containers safely.

• Assist in shifting, stacking, and arranging pipes in the warehouse.

• Support warehouse staff in material handling and dispatch activities.

• Follow instructions from the Warehouse Supervisor and work as part of a team.

• Ensure proper handling of pipes to avoid damage during loading and unloading.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse premises.

• Follow all workplace safety guidelines and use safety equipment as required.

• Assist during stock movement, inventory, and other warehouse-related activities when required.

• Perform general labour work assigned by the supervisor.

•Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass.

• Experience: 6 months to 3 years in warehouse, loading/unloading, logistics, or construction labour preferred. Freshers willing to perform physical work may also apply.

• Age: 18 years and above.

• Physically fit and capable of lifting and handling heavy steel pipes.

• Willing to work in a warehouse environment and perform manual labour.

• Punctual, disciplined, and responsible with a positive attitude.

• Ability to work as part of a team and follow safety procedures.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in steel, pipe, building material, logistics, or warehouse operations.

• Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices.

• Ability to handle physically demanding work efficiently.
