Factory Helper (Male)

The Factory Helper is responsible for supporting daily manufacturing and assembly operations by assisting machine operators, handling materials, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth workflow on the shop floor. The role requires discipline, physical fitness, and adherence to company safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist technicians, machine operators, and production staff in daily activities.

• Load, unload, move, and arrange raw materials and finished products.

• Support assembly, packing, labeling, and dispatch activities.

• Keep the shop floor, tools, machines, and workstations clean and organized.

• Help in material handling and internal transportation using trolleys or other approved equipment.

• Follow instructions from supervisors and complete assigned tasks on time.

• Assist in basic quality inspection and report defects or abnormalities.

• Segregate scrap and dispose of waste as per company procedures.

• Follow all safety rules and wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

• Support inventory and stock movement when required.

• Perform any other work assigned by the Production Supervisor.

Qualification

• Minimum: 8th / 10th Pass.

• ITI or relevant industrial experience will be an added advantage.

• Freshers may also apply.

Skills Required

• Basic understanding of factory operations.

• Ability to follow instructions accurately.

• Good physical stamina and manual handling capability.

• Teamwork and positive attitude.

• Punctual, disciplined, and willing to learn.

• Awareness of workplace safety practices.
