Job Description

We are looking for a Factory Helper (Male) to join our team at Micro Sheet Crafts Private Limited. Your responsibility will be assisting contractors, operating heavy machinery and following all health and safety regulations at site. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for this position. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹16,000.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and care for machines.
Help equipment operators, carpenters and other skilled labor when necessary.
Load/unload materials.
Follow instructions from supervisors and assist craft workers.
Attend on-the-job training when necessary and perform site clean-up.
