Factory Helper (Male)

We are looking for a Factory Helper (Male) to join our team at Metallizing Equipment Company Private Limited. Your responsibility will be assisting contractors, operating heavy machinery and following all health and safety regulations at site. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for this position. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10000 - ₹13000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist operator in day to day work.

• Handling and storage of Gas Cylinders.

• Handling and storage of Components received for Coating.

• Assisting the operator and technicians in all activities.

• Follow instructions from supervisors.

• Attend on-the-job training when necessary and perform site clean-up.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Minimum 10th Pass and 0 - 2 years of experience. Candidates applying for the position must be at least 18 years of age. The role requires physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks to be performed in all weather. Dependability and timely attendance are essential.
