Factory Helper (Male)

We are looking for a Factory Helper (Male) to join our team at Accurate Automation And Reconditioners. Your responsibility will be assisting contractors, operating heavy machinery and following all health and safety regulations at site. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for this position. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹12000 - ₹20000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning CNC machines and the work area before and after jobs.

• Oiling, wiping, and performing basic machine upkeep as guided.

• Assisting senior technicians in dismantling, assembling, and reconditioning tasks.

• Handling tools and lifting heavy tools/weights safely.

• Sorting and arranging tools, parts, and accessories at the end of each day.

• Maintaining the store area—organizing materials, tracking items, and keeping things in place.

• Supporting loading/unloading of machine parts and workshop materials.

• Following safety rules, wearing PPE, and keeping the workshop clean and organized.

• Performing any additional support tasks assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements:

• No formal education required; basic reading/writing preferred.

• Prior workshop/helper experience is an advantage but not compulsory.

• Physically fit for lifting heavy weights and standing for long hours.

• Willing to learn, disciplined, and able to follow instructions.

• Basic understanding of workshop tools and safety practices is a plus.

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0.5 - 2 years of experience. Candidates applying for the position must be at least 18 years of age. The role requires physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks to be performed in all weather. Dependability and timely attendance are essential.
