We are looking for a Factory Helper to join our team at XPHENO. Your responsibility will be assisting contractors, operating heavy machinery and following all health and safety regulations at site. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for this position. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹ 15,000 - ₹ 25,000.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and care for construction equipment and machines.
Help equipment operators, carpenters and other skilled labor when necessary.
Prepare construction sites by cleaning obstacles
and hazards.
Load/unload construction materials.
Follow instructions from supervisors and assist craft workers.
Attend on-the-job training when necessary and perform site clean-up.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 6+ years of experience. Candidates applying for the positio n must be at least 18 years of age. The role requires physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks to be performed in all weather. Dependability and timely attendance are essential.
