We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Helper to assist in daily operations of our machine manufacturing unit. The candidate should be physically fit, willing to learn, and able to support technicians and supervisors in various tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist machine operators and technicians in daily work
Load and unload materials and finished goods
Maintain cleanliness of the work area
Handle basic tools and equipment as instructed
Support in assembling, packing, and moving machines
Follow safety rules and company guidelines
Perform other general helper duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum education: 8th / 10th pass
- Experience: Fresher or experienced both can apply
- Physically fit and active
- Basic understanding of workshop environment preferred
- Honest and disciplined
- Salary & Benefits:
  - Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (depending on experience)
  - Overtime available
  - Training will be provided
