We are looking for a Factory Helper to join our team at Talisman Awards. Your responsibility will be Spray painting of Trophies and Awards. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces – clean, sand, mask, and apply primer before painting.
Mix & match paint – prepare correct color, viscosity, and test spray pattern.
Spray application – operate spray guns/booths to apply primer, base, and clear coats evenly.
Quality check – inspect for defects, do touch-ups, buff and polish to required finish.
Maintain equipment & safety – clean guns, use PPE, follow paint shop safety and waste disposal norms.
Meet targets – complete jobs as per quality specs and daily production schedule.
Attend on-the-job training when necessary and perform site clean-up.

Job Requirements:

Candidates should have experience in Spray Painting.
Candidates applying for the position must be at least 18 years of age.
Dependability and timely attendance are essential.
