We are hiring Manufacturing Extrusion Assistants to support UPVC window production operations at our Ankireddipalli (Keesara) manufacturing unit. This is an entry-level role suited for freshers, involving hands-on production floor work including CNC machine operator assistance, quality checking, and material handling.
Key Responsibilities
Assist CNC Machine Operators in day-to-day extrusion and production line operations
Perform quality checking of UPVC window components at various production stages
Carry out material separation as per production requirements
Support assembling of manufactured parts and components
Assist with general machinery-related activities on the production floor
Follow safety protocols and production guidelines at all times
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the assigned work area
Required Qualifications
Open to freshers — no prior experience required
Skills Required
Willingness to work in 12-hour rotational shifts (day/night)
Basic understanding of machine-assisted production work (training provided)
Physical fitness to handle standing, repetitive tasks on a factory floor
Basic discipline, punctuality, and ability to follow instructions
Teamwork and coordination with production line staff
