Job Description

We are looking for a Factory Helper to join our team at Arterior. Your responsibility will be making products, operating machinery and following all health and safety regulations at site. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for this position. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹ 14,000 - ₹ 16,000.

Key Responsibilities:

Make products, operate and care for equipment and machines.
Prepare production unit by cleaning obstacles and hazards.
Load/unload materials.
Follow instructions from seniors.
Attend on-the-job training when necessary and perform site clean-up.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 3 - 4 years of experience. Candidates applying for the position must be at least 18 years of age. The role requires physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks to be performed in all weather. Dependability and timely attendance are essential.
