Factory Helper

• Operate Desma injection molding machines for rubber part production.

• Set up the machine as per job requirements (mold changes, parameter settings, etc.).

• Handle the machine independently, including loading raw material and unloading finished parts.

• Inspect molded parts for quality, dimensions, and defects using gauges or visual inspection.

• Maintain production records and follow the daily production plan.

• Perform basic machine maintenance and report any mechanical issues to maintenance.

• Ensure proper mold handling, cleaning, and storage.

• Follow all safety and 5S guidelines in the production area.
  Minimum 6months of experience as a molding operator (Desma experience preferred).

• Technical knowledge of rubber injection molding processes.

• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot minor machine issues.

• Basic knowledge of quality standards and measuring instruments.

• Physically fit and able to work in a factory environment.
