Job Description

We are looking for a Factory Helper to join our team SHREE BALAJI ENTERPRISES. Your responsibility will be assisting, operating heavy machinery and following all health and safety regulations at site. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and care for equipment and machines.

  • Help equipment operators, and other skilled labor when necessary.

  • Load/unload materials.

  • Follow instructions from supervisors and assist workers.

  • Attend on-the-job training when necessary and perform site clean-up.
