Factory Helper

Job Summary:

We are looking for dedicated and hardworking Helpers to assist in our production and assembly unit. The role involves supporting daily factory operations, helping technicians and carpenters, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the manufacturing, assembling, and packaging of salon chairs and furniture.

• Help skilled workers such as carpenters, welders, upholsterers, and polishers in their daily tasks.

• Load and unload materials, tools, and finished products.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.

• Follow safety guidelines and ensure proper handling of tools and machinery.

• Perform basic material handling and shifting work inside the factory.

• Report any damage, defects, or issues to the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Education: (minimum 8th or 10th pass preferred or ITI diploma holder.

• Experience: Fresher or 6 months–1 year of experience in furniture or manufacturing units preferred.

Work Conditions:

• Factory-based job; may require standing for long hours.

  • Working hours: [ 9:30 AM – 6:30PM]

• Overtime may be required during production peaks.

• It is a Full Time Labour/Helper job for candidates with 6 months - 4 years of experience.
