Factory Helper

We are looking for a Factory Helper to join our team at RAYMOND LIMITED. Your responsibility will be assisting contractors, operating heavy machinery and following all health and safety regulations at site. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for this position. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹13000 - ₹16800.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and care equipment and machines.
• Help equipment operators and other skilled labor when necessary.
• Esi & Pf facility available with 24*7 security in room facility.
• Daily extra hours Ot will be extra payable.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and assist craft workers.
• Attend on-the-job training when necessarily.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 0.5 years of experience. Candidates applying for the position must be at least 18 years of age. The role requires physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks to be performed in all weather. Dependability and timely attendance are essential.
