Technical Skills

Knowledge of rotogravure printing machines

Basic understanding of ink mixing and viscosity

Ability to set up materials (films, cylinders)

Understanding of printing defects and basic troubleshooting

Experience in material handling (paper/PET rolls, laminated rolls,)

Ability to assist in machine cleaning and maintenance

Familiarity with packaging materials (BOPP, PET, LDPE, kraft paper, etc.)

Quality & Production Skills

Visual quality inspection skills (color matching, registration checking)

Understanding of production workflow and line discipline

Ability to follow SOPs and safety guidelines

Record-keeping support (production numbers, material usage)

Workplace & Soft Skills

Ability to work long hours or shift duties

Good teamwork with machine operators and helpers

Quick learner with attention to detail

Basic communication and reporting skills
