About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking General Helper to support our daily manufacturing operations at Myour Pigments. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, punctual, and ready to assist with a variety of hands-on tasks on the factory floor, ensuring our production of pigment pastes and raw materials runs smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities

Material Handling: Safely load and unload raw materials (such as resins and plasticizers) and finished goods from delivery vehicles.

Packing & Dispatch: Accurately pack, seal, and label finished products as required for safe storage and transit.

Cleaning & Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. This includes sweeping, cleaning up spills, and safely disposing of waste materials from the production area.

General Assistance: Provide general manual assistance to machine operators and factory staff during the pigment dispersion and formulation processes.

Requirements

Physical stamina and the ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials throughout the shift.

Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.

Ability to follow instructions clearly and work well within a team.

Basic awareness of workplace safety and hygiene practices (prior experience in a chemical, paint, or manufacturing environment is a plus but not strictly required).

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: ₹15000 - ₹20000

Leaves: Sundays off
