Job Title: Toy Assembler / Picker & Packer

Job Overview :
We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented candidates to join our team as Toy Assembler / Picker & Packer. The candidate will be responsible for assembling toy components accurately and handling picking & packing operations while ensuring all products meet quality and safety standards.

Company : Blix Toys (Manufacturing Unit) / Zomato / Swiggy
Location : Madhavaram / Kolathur, Chennai
Salary : ₹18,000/month + 1 Time Meal + Accommodation
Shift : 12 Hours (Day/Night Shift)
Qualification : 10th / 12th Pass

Key Responsibilities:
Assemble toy parts (plastic, metal, or other materials) as per instructions and guidelines
Ensure all parts are properly fixed, aligned, and securely assembled
Pick products from storage as per order requirements
Pack items safely and efficiently for dispatch
Use basic hand tools such as screwdrivers, glue, clips, etc.
Inspect finished products for quality, defects, and proper functioning
Follow assembly line processes, packing procedures, and production targets
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation
Report any defects, issues, or damages to the supervisor
Follow all safety rules and company guidelines

Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10th or 12th pass
Basic understanding of tools and warehouse/packing work
Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
Physically fit and able to handle repetitive tasks
Freshers can apply (training will be provided)
