Job Description

हम अपनी टीम में शामिल होने के लिए एक फैक्ट्री हेल्पर की तलाश कर रहे हैं। आपकी जिम्मेदारी ठेकेदारों की सहायता करना, भारी मशीनरी संचालित करना और साइट पर सभी स्वास्थ्य एवं सुरक्षा नियमों का पालन करना होगी। इस पद के लिए मजबूत कार्य नैतिकता और सूक्ष्म विवरणों पर ध्यान देना आवश्यक है। इस पद के लिए ₹14,000 – ₹15,000 प्रति माह (इन-हैंड सैलरी) प्रदान की जाएगी।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:

निर्माण उपकरणों और मशीनों का संचालन एवं रखरखाव करना।
आवश्यकता पड़ने पर मशीन ऑपरेटर, बढ़ई और अन्य कुशल श्रमिकों की सहायता करना।
बाधाओं और खतरों को हटाकर निर्माण स्थल को तैयार करना।
निर्माण सामग्री को लोड और अनलोड करना।
पर्यवेक्षकों के निर्देशों का पालन करना और कारीगरों की सहायता करना।
आवश्यक होने पर ऑन-द-जॉब प्रशिक्षण में भाग लेना और साइट की सफाई करना।

नौकरी के लिए आवश्यकताएँ:

न्यूनतम शैक्षणिक योग्यता 10वीं से कम (Below 10th) और 0 से 6+ वर्ष का अनुभव।
उम्मीदवार की आयु कम से कम 18 वर्ष होनी चाहिए।
सभी मौसम परिस्थितियों में शारीरिक श्रम और अन्य कठिन कार्य करने की क्षमता होनी चाहिए।
विश्वसनीयता और समय पर उपस्थिति अनिवार्य है।
