Job Description

We are looking for a hardworking and sincere Machine Shop Helper to support daily workshop activities in our toolroom. The candidate will assist in machine operations, material handling, and basic workshop tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in operating Milling (M1TR) and Surface Grinding machines

Material loading and unloading

Drilling, tapping and basic fitting work

Cleaning machines and maintaining shop floor discipline

Measuring components using Vernier (basic knowledge preferred)

Support in packing and dispatch of finished parts

Follow safety rules inside the workshop

Requirements:

10th / 12th Pass or ITI preferred

Fresher or 0–1 year workshop experience

Willing to learn machining and toolroom work

Physically fit and disciplined

Ready to work overtime if required

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹13,000 per month (Based on performance)

Saturday Off
