नौकरी का उद्देश्य :

फैक्ट्री के रोजाना के कामकाज, मैन्युफैक्चरिंग प्रोसेस, और मशीनों को सुचारू रूप से चलाने में ऑपरेटरों और वरिष्ठ कर्मचारियों की सहायता करना।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां (Key Responsibilities & Duties):

सामग्री संभालना (Material Handling): कारखाने में कच्चा माल (Raw Material) और तैयार माल (Finished Goods) को एक स्थान से दूसरे स्थान पर ले जाना।
लोडिंग और अनलोडिंग (Loading & Unloading): ट्रकों या वाहनों से सामान उतारना और उनमें सामान चढ़ाना।
मशीन सपोर्ट (Machine Support): मशीन ऑपरेटर को छोटे-मोटे कार्यों, टूल व उपकरणों को लाने-ले जाने में मदद करना।
सफाई और रखरखाव (Housekeeping): अपने कार्यक्षेत्र (Work Area), मशीनों और फर्श की साफ-सफाई रखना।
स्टॉक व्यवस्थित करना (Inventory Organization): गोदाम या स्टोर में सामान को सही तरीके से छांटकर और गिनकर रखना।
निर्देशों का पालन (Following Instructions): सुपरवाइजर या सीनियर वर्कर के बताए गए सभी दिशा-निर्देशों का तुरंत और सही से पालन करना।
