duty time - 8.30am to 5.30 pm

Job Title: Factory Helper

Reports To: Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in production and assembly activities as instructed by the supervisor.

- Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished goods

- Help machine operators by supplying materials and removing finished products.

- Pack, label, and prepare products for dispatch.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.

- Follow all safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE).

- Report equipment issues, damaged materials, or safety hazards to the supervisor.

- Assist in inventory movement and stock organization.

- Support other departments when required.

- Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

Minimum education: 10th Pass (preferred).

Previous factory experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

• Physically fit and able to lift materials safely.

• Willingness to work in shifts and overtime when required.

• Basic understanding of workplace safety Skills

• Hardworking and reliable.

• Good teamwork and communication.

• Ability to follow instructions accurately.

• Punctual and disciplined.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  

Working Conditions

- Work in a manufacturing environment.

- Standing, walking, lifting, and carrying materials throughout the shift.

• It is a Full Time Labour/Helper job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
