This role offers the opportunity to learn and assist in the complete process of shirt making — from hand block printing to finishing. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist block printer in preparing and mixing colours.

• Learn and support in the process of colour making.

• Iron printed fabrics and prepare them for further processes.

• Maintain inventory of fabrics and keep records updated.

• Wash and maintain wooden blocks used in printing.

• Number and tag products as per production requirements.

• Provide general assistance in day-to-day production tasks.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th pass.

• Must be able to read and write.

• Willingness to learn and take initiative.

• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.

• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting fabrics, ironing, and cleaning.
