Job Description

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Factory Helper to assist in daily manufacturing operations. The candidate will support machine operators, handle materials, and ensure smooth workflow in the production area.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in loading and unloading raw materials and finished goods
Support machine operators during production processes
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
Pack, label, and store products as per company standards
Follow safety guidelines and company policies at all times
Help in basic quality checks as instructed by supervisors
Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass
Prior experience in factory or warehouse (preferred but not mandatory)
Physically fit and able to handle manual work
Basic understanding of safety practices
Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
