Factory Helper

We are looking for a Factory Helper to join our team IFB Malur. Your responsibility will be assisting contractors, operating heavy machinery and following all health and safety regulations at site. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for this position. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹14000 - ₹18500.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and care for equipment and machines.

• Help equipment operators and other skilled labor when necessary.

• Follow instructions from supervisors and assist craft workers.

• Attend on-the-job training when necessary and perform site clean-up.
