Job Description – Factory Helper / Machine Helper

Position: Factory Helper / Machine Helper
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Location: Okhla Phase 2, New Delhi
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Assist in operating and maintaining factory machines.

• Load and unload raw materials and finished goods.

• Support machine operators in daily production tasks.

• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and ensure safety standards.

• Pack, label, and organize products as required.

• Perform basic manual tasks such as lifting, sorting, and shifting materials.

• Report any machine issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Minimum education: 8th / 10th pass (preferred but not mandatory).

• Prior experience as a helper or machine operator is an advantage.

• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.

• Willingness to work in a factory environment.

• Basic understanding of safety procedures.

Working Hours:

• 8–10 hours (as per company shift timings).
