Factory Helper

We are looking for a Factory Helper to join our team at Ecostylecrafts. Your responsibility will be packing, sorting, wrap cartons, able to lift up to heavy boxes, gunny bags and follow all health and safety regulations at site. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for this position. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹11000 - ₹12000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

• Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in a factory setting

• Load/unload construction materials.

• Follow instructions from supervisors and assist workers.

• Load and unload items from machines, carts, and vehicles, site

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 1 years of experience. Candidates applying for the position must be at least 18 years of age. The role requires physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks to be performed in all weather. Dependability and timely attendance are essential.
