ભૂમિકા પરિચય:
અમે અમારી ટીમમાં જોડાવા માટે ફેક્ટરી હેલ્પર શોધી રહ્યા છીએ. આ ભૂમિકા કોન્ટ્રાક્ટરોને મદદ કરવી, મશીન ચલાવવી, વેરહાઉસ ઓપરેશન્સમાં સહાય કરવી, આયરનિંગ કામ કરવું અને તમામ હેલ્થ અને સેફ્ટી નિયમોનું પાલન કરવું સામેલ છે. મજબૂત વર્ક એથિક અને ધ્યાનપૂર્વક કામ કરવું આ પદ માટે જરૂરી છે.

મુખ્ય જવાબદારીઓ:

ફેક્ટરી મશીનો ચલાવવી અને તેનું ધ્યાન રાખવું.
મશીન ઓપરેટર અને અન્ય કુશળ કામદારોને જરૂર પડે ત્યારે મદદ કરવી.
માલનું સ્ટોરેજ, પેકિંગ, આયરનિંગ અને ડિસ્પેચ કરવું.
કામની જગ્યા સાફ રાખવી અને સલામતી ધોરણોનું પાલન કરવું.
સામગ્રી લોડ/અનલોડ કરવી અને ઇન્વેન્ટરી મેનેજમેન્ટમાં સહાય કરવી.
સુપરવાઇઝર પાસેથી સૂચનાઓ અનુસરવી અને ક્રાફ્ટ વર્કર્સને મદદ કરવી.
જરૂરી હોય ત્યારે ઓન‑ધ‑જોબ ટ્રેનિંગમાં હાજરી આપવી અને સાઇટ ક્લીન‑અપ કરવું.

જોબ જરૂરીયાતો:

લઘુત્તમ લાયકાત: 10માથી નીચે.
અનુભવ: 6 મહિના થી 6+ વર્ષ.
ઉંમર: ઓછામાં ઓછું 18 વર્ષ.
તમામ હવામાનમાં શારીરિક કામ કરવાની ક્ષમતા હોવી જોઈએ.
નિયમિત હાજરી અને વિશ્વસનીયતા જરૂરી છે.
આયોજન કરવાની કુશળતા અને ધ્યાનપૂર્વક કામ કરવાની ક્ષમતા હોવી જોઈએ.
