Job Description

(Helper)Key Responsibilities

  • Assist fabricators, painters, electricians, and installers in daily work

  • Load and unload materials, tools, and finished signage

  • Hold, carry, and position materials during fabrication and installation

  • Maintain cleanliness of the work area, tools, and equipment

  • Follow supervisor instructions for site and factory work

  • Support in packing and dispatch of finished signage

  • Follow all safety rules and use protective equipment

    (Painter) Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, grinding, and putty application

    • Apply primer, base coat, and finish coats using spray gun or manual methods

    • Mix paints and chemicals in correct proportions

    • Ensure smooth and uniform finishing as per design and quality standards

    • Handle painting of MS, GI, aluminum, ACP, and other signage materials

    • Maintain painting tools, spray guns, and compressors

    • Follow safety measures while handling paints and chemicals
