Position: Factory Helper
Location: Ballabgarh
Reporting To: Supervisor / Production Manager

Role Summary:

The Factory Helper will assist in day-to-day operations within the factory premises, supporting production staff, maintaining cleanliness, handling materials, and ensuring smooth workflow on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist machine operators and production staff in carrying out daily manufacturing activities.

• Load and unload raw materials, finished goods, and other items as required.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the factory premises, ensuring a safe working environment.

• Carry materials, tools, and equipment to designated areas.

• Help in basic packaging, labeling, and stacking of finished products.

• Follow instructions from supervisors and work in compliance with safety standards.

• Support in minor maintenance tasks when required.

• Report any safety hazards, damages, or irregularities immediately to the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Minimum education: 8th/10th Pass (preferred but not mandatory).

• Prior experience in a factory/industrial setup is an advantage but not compulsory.

• Physically fit and able to lift, carry, and move items.

• Willingness to work in shifts/overtime when required.

• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.

Skills:

• Basic understanding of safety and hygiene.

• Punctual, disciplined, and hardworking.

• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
