Fabrication Labour

Company: Mechmann Engineering Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Ambernath, Anand Nagar MIDC, Maharashtra

We are looking for skilled and semi-skilled workers for our fabrication workshop involved in water treatment plant equipment manufacturing (tanks, skids, piping, structures).

Positions Available

• Welder (SS/MS – TIG / Arc)

• Fitter

• Grinder / Helper

• Buffer / Polishing Worker

• Fabrication Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

Welder

• Welding of SS and MS tanks, piping, and structural fabrication

• Perform TIG / Arc welding

• Ensure proper weld quality and finishing

• Follow fabrication drawings and supervisor instructions

Fitter

• Fit-up of pipes, tanks, and fabricated structures

• Alignment and assembly of components

• Reading and understanding basic fabrication drawings

Grinder / Helper

• Grinding and finishing of welded joints

• Assisting welders and fitters

• Material handling and workshop support

Buffer / Polisher

• Buffing and polishing of stainless steel tanks and components

• Surface finishing as per requirement

Fabrication Supervisor

• Supervise workshop fabrication activities

• Ensure work quality and production timelines

• Coordinate with design and management

• Guide welders, fitters, and helpers

Requirements

• Experience in fabrication workshop preferred

• Knowledge of MS / SS fabrication

• Ability to work in a team

• Immediate joining preferred

Salary

Salary will be based on experience and skill level.
