Job Description

We are looking for hardworking, responsible, and motivated candidates to join our team as Welders, Fabricators, and Helpers. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Candidates should be willing to learn, work as part of a team, and follow workplace safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Welder / Fabricator:

Perform welding, cutting, grinding, fitting, and assembly of metal components.
Work with metal sheets, pipes, frames, and other fabrication materials.
Follow measurements, drawings, and instructions provided by supervisors.
Ensure good-quality welding, accurate fabrication, and proper finishing.
Maintain tools and equipment and follow safety procedures.

Helper:

Assist welders and fabricators with daily workshop activities.
Help with material handling, cutting, grinding, drilling, and finishing.
Prepare and arrange materials and tools as required.
Keep the workshop and work area clean and organized.
Follow instructions from supervisors and senior workers.

Requirements

Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome to apply.
Previous welding or fabrication experience is an advantage but not mandatory for helper positions.
Basic knowledge of tools and equipment is preferred.
Willingness to learn new skills and work in a team.
Punctual, hardworking, and responsible attitude.
Ability to follow instructions and workplace safety rules.
