Role Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Dispatch Executive to manage the end-to-end process of dispatching daily orders. The role involves printing invoices and shipping labels, coordinating with courier partners, packing orders, and ensuring accurate and timely handovers for dispatch.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Processing & Dispatch:
o Download orders and print invoices & shipping labels from all platforms (e.g., EasEcom, Amazon, Myntra)
o Prioritize and process orders as per defined timelines
o Ensure every product packed matches the order details correctly
Packing:
o Use appropriate branded packaging materials for each product
o Ensure all parcels are securely packed, sealed, and labeled accurately
o Maintain packing quality and consistency
Courier Coordination:
o Schedule daily pickups with assigned courier partners
o Hand over all ready parcels to courier personnel against proper manifests
o Maintain signed proof of dispatch and handover logs
Daily Documentation:
o Maintain a day-wise record of all orders dispatched
o Track and file dispatch manifests and shipping logs
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in dispatch
Basic knowledge of dispatch systems like EasyEcom, or other courier dashboards
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Myntra, etc.
Good organization skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet dispatch SLAs
