Job Description – Civil Construction & Power Plant Projects (Gujarat)

Location: Dahej, Jamnagar, Mundra (Gujarat)

🔹 Open Positions:

1. Shuttering Carpenters (700 positions)

2. Steel Fixers (800 positions)

3. Masons (300 positions)

4. Scaffolders (200 positions)

5. Helpers / General Labour (1200 positions)

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Shuttering Carpenters:

• Fabrication and installation of formwork/shuttering

• Reading drawings and measurements

• Ensuring alignment and quality of structures

Steel Fixers:

• Cutting, bending, and binding steel rods

• Reinforcement work as per structural drawings

• Preparing steel framework before concreting

Masons:

• Brickwork, plastering, and concrete finishing

• Surface leveling and alignment

• General civil construction activities

Scaffolders:

• Erection and dismantling of scaffolding

• Ensuring safety and structural stability

• Working at heights following safety norms

Helpers / General Labour:

• Assisting skilled workers

• Material handling and site cleaning

• Supporting daily construction activities

🔹 Experience Requirements:

• Skilled roles: 1–3 years of relevant experience

• Helpers: Freshers can apply

🔹 Work Details:

• Duty Hours: 10–11 hours per day

• Work Schedule: 6 days per week

• Overtime: As per project requirements

🔹 Compensation:

• Skilled Workers: ₹28,625/month

• Helpers: ₹25,050/month
