Job Role

As a Labour Worker, you will assist contractors and skilled workers, handle construction materials, operate equipment when required, and help maintain safety and cleanliness at the work site.

Salary

In-hand Salary: ₹11,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

Operate and maintain construction equipment and machinery

Assist carpenters, machine operators, and other skilled workers

Prepare construction sites by removing obstacles and hazards

Load and unload construction materials

Follow supervisors’ instructions and support site activities

Maintain cleanliness and safety at the work site

Attend training sessions when required

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualification: Below 10th Pass

Experience Required: 0 months to 1 years

Minimum Age: 18 years

Physically fit and able to perform strenuous tasks

Ability to work in different weather conditions

Punctual, dependable, and disciplined

Skills Preferred

Strong work ethic

Teamwork and coordination

Attention to safety and detail

Basic knowledge of construction/site work
