Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: No formal degree required; ability to read basic safety labels and follow verbal instructions is sufficient.

• Background Check: Mandatory criminal record verification and character references (essential for child safety).

• Health & Hygiene: Must be neat, cleanly dressed, and free from contagious illnesses. Vaccinations may be required.

• Experience: Previous experience cleaning schools, hospitals, or private homes is preferred.

• Language Known: Hindi Must

Key Responsibilities

• Dusting & Wiping: Daily dusting of low and high surfaces, including shelves, toy racks, windowsills, and door handles.

• Deep Sanitization: Disinfecting plastic toys, play mats, cribs, and tables using child-safe, non-toxic cleaning agents.

• Floor Care: Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming classrooms and play areas multiple times a day to prevent dust accumulation.

• Restroom Maintenance: Hourly cleaning and sanitizing of children's toilets, sinks, and diaper-changing stations.

• Waste Disposal: Emptying trash bins, managing diaper disposal systems, and ensuring sharp or hazardous objects are safely discarded.

• Assistance (Optional): In some setups, helping teachers clean up spilled food, drinks, or paint immediately.

Working Hours & Timings

• Full-Time Shifts: 9am to 7pm

• Part-Time Shifts: 5 hours (e.g., 9 AM – 2:30 PM or 2:00 PM – 7:30 PM) focusing on peak cleanup times.

Salary Expectations

• Full-Time Monthly Pay: ₹7,000 to ₹8,000 per month, depending on the size of the daycare facility.

• Part-Time Monthly Pay: ₹4000 to ₹4500 per month.
