Job Title: Factory Cleaner

Job Summary:
The Factory Cleaner is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards within the factory premises. The role ensures a safe and healthy working environment by performing routine cleaning, waste disposal, and upkeep of work areas, machinery surroundings, and common spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, and clean factory floors, corridors, and work areas.

• Dust and wipe down machinery surfaces (without interfering with operations).

• Empty bins and dispose of waste in designated areas.

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, wash areas, and staff common rooms.

• Ensure proper handling and use of cleaning materials and chemicals.

• Maintain cleaning equipment in good working condition.

• Follow safety guidelines while cleaning around machines and production areas.

• Report any maintenance or repair requirements to the supervisor.

• Assist in maintaining a hygienic environment in compliance with company and legal standards.

Skills & Requirements:

• Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping (factory/industrial setting preferred).

• Knowledge of cleaning practices, materials, and safety guidelines.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Physically fit and able to perform manual cleaning tasks.

• Attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards.
