Job Responsibilities

1. Vehicle Washing & Detailing

Wash and clean two-wheelers (bikes/scooters) and four-wheeler passenger cars.

Perform both interior and exterior cleaning including vacuuming, dashboard wiping, tire cleaning, and polishing where required.

Ensure quality standards are maintained for every wash.

2. Manpower Management

Supervise and assign tasks to the washing team.

Train new staff on proper washing techniques, use of equipment, and safety guidelines.

Maintain shift schedules to ensure smooth daily operations.

3. Payment Handling

Collect cash payments from customers.

Manage online transactions (UPI, card, wallet apps, etc.).

Keep daily payment records and prepare end-of-day reconciliation.

4. Customer Service

Greet and interact with customers politely.

Handle customer queries, complaints, and special requests.

Maintain customer satisfaction and repeat business.

5. Operational Responsibilities

Ensure all cleaning materials, detergents, and equipment are stocked and well maintained.

Maintain cleanliness and safety in the washing area.
