3M Car Care Thane (Khanna Enterprise) is hiring Junior (Fresher) and Senior (Experienced) Car Care Applicators for full-time roles in Thane. The position involves assisting contractors, performing interior and exterior car detailing, operating detailing equipment, and strictly following health and safety standards. Freshers will support senior detailers, maintain cleanliness, discipline, and customer etiquette, and will be trained in car detailing techniques. Experienced applicators will independently handle exterior washing, polishing, waxing, interior cleaning, stain removal, equipment handling, and guide junior staff. Candidates should be physically fit, punctual, hardworking, and customer-focused; driving knowledge or a licence is an added advantage. Key Responsibilities

Car Cleaning Support

• Exterior car wash and drying

• Interior cleaning (vacuuming, dashboard, seats, mats)

• Assisting in basic polishing and waxing

Tools & Equipment

• Basic use of pressure washer and vacuum cleaner

• Handling cleaning tools and chemicals under supervision

General Duties

• Keeping the work area clean and organized

• Supporting senior detailers

• Maintaining discipline and punctuality

• Polite and respectful behaviour with customers

Requirements

• Willingness to learn car detailing techniques

• Basic understanding of vehicles (training provided)

Required Experience

• 1–2+ years of hands-on experience in car washing and detailing

• Prior experience in professional car care studios preferred

Key Responsibilities

Exterior Detailing

• Complete exterior car wash, drying, and finishing

• Machine and hand polishing

• Waxing and basic paint protection

• Cleaning wheels, tyres, glass, and trims

Interior Detailing

• Vacuuming carpets, mats, and boot area

• Cleaning dashboards, panels, seats, and upholstery

• Interior stain and odour removal

Equipment & Tools Handling

• Pressure washer

• Vacuum cleaner

• Polishing machines (rotary / DA)

• Foam guns, steam cleaners (if available)

• Safe handling of car care chemicals

General Duties

• Maintain cleanliness of the work area

• Follow safety and quality standards

• Interact politely with customers

• Report vehicle issues (scratches, damages) to supervisor

Requirements
